STATEMENT REGARDING INFECTIOUS AGENTS 
We plan to take the following actions to make the Vacation Bible School (VBS) environment safer for participants, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE complete safety or prevention of transmission of any viruses. By typing your name below you are acknowledging that a) You understand the measures we plan to implement b) You acknowledge that these measures may be insufficient to prevent the transmission of infectious agents c) You consent for your child to participate in the VBS of Iglesia Bautista Doral and d) that they will hold Iglesia Bautista Doral, its officials, employees and volunteers harmless in the event that their children contract any type of virus and develop any of its complications. You further agree that if your child has symptoms of a viral infection (for example, fever, cough, runny nose, or chills) you will not be able to bring your child to VBS until the symptoms are gone. Iglesia Bautista Doral plans to: (1) Have hand sanitizer available and encourage its use when children arrive and before they eat their snacks (2) Promote (but not guarantee) safe distancing during activities and (3) Have children volunteers in the kitchen area wear gloves and masks to prepare snacks.
